Retail Returns Policy
For change-of-mind retail purchases, please return the item to a Sense of Self location in brand new, unused, unopened and re-saleable condition within 14 days of purchase. You'll just need to provide your valid proof of purchase (itemised receipt) as well as the item and we will process a full refund.
For online returns, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and ensuring the item gets to a Sense Of Self location in a safe and timely manner. Please reply to your order confirmation email to request a return label and instructions. Once the returned item has been received and assessed by Sense Of Self, our team will issue a refund, minus the return shipping costs.
If a returned item (including its packaging) has been lightly sampled, opened, damaged or unwrapped then we are, unfortunately, unable to offer a refund.
Please note that as per our T&Cs, gift cards and multi-passes are not able to be returned or exchanged.
If your items were damaged, faulty or incorrect upon arrival, please email us directly at hello@sos-senseofself.com with the details and evidence and we will take care of you.

How much is shipping?
Standard Shipping: $10.00
Express Shipping: $15.00
Click & Collect: We don’t offer click and collect but you are welcome to come into store and make a purchase
When do orders get processed?
Orders received before 12:00 pm Monday-Friday will be processed the same day.
Orders received after 12:00 pm Monday-Thursday will be processed the next business day.
Order’s received after 12:00pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
Please note that processing times are different to shipping times and it can take up to 2-3 working days for items to be shipped after SOS has processed your order.
Please note that we are unable to process orders during periods of closure, Victorian or Australian public holidays or on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed during this time will be processed on the next applicable business day. Please refer to Google for specifics on our opening hours.
How long does shipping take?
Below is an indication of shipping time estimates from our carrier Sendle. Please note that we are not responsible for any carrier delays and that processing times are different to shipping times.
VIC, NSW, ACT, NT, SA:
Standard Shipping: 3-4 days
Express Shipping: 1-2 days
WA:
Standard Shipping: 6-8 days
Express Shipping: 4-6 days
Can I track my order?
Yes! Sendle is our delivery partner and once your order has been processed by the SOS team, you will get a notification with your tracking number attached to keep track of your goodies!
Can I do click and collect?
We don’t offer click-and-collect but you are welcome to come into store and make a purchase. We advise calling or emailing ahead of time to check if there is stock.
Do you ship internationally?
We would love to bring a little bit of SOS to your side of the world 🧡 We can offer international delivery but ask that you get in touch with us in order to process your request. You can reach us at hello@sos-senseofself.com
Can I send something as a gift for someone else?
Yes! Your receipt will be sent to the email you enter at checkout (so please use your own) and posted to the shipping address you provide at checkout (the lucky someone).
Do you provide gift receipts?
Unfortunately, we aren’t able to provide gift receipts (no price details) at this time. We will let you know if this changes on our end of course but we hope that the lucky recipient will love their gift in any case!

Help! I want to cancel my order and it hasn’t been shipped yet.
Unfortunately, once an order has been processed online we are unable to cancel your order. Once you have received the item via our delivery partner, please follow the guidelines on our Returns Policy in order to process your returns.
