On a rotating basis, we consider applicants to our floor staff positions at SOS. This role sees people working as customer service and operational attendants across the SOS bathhouse and massage studio.

This role is suited to someone with exceptional hospitality experience who possesses great time management skills, excellent communication capabilities, and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities: 

  • Ensuring the reception, bathhouse, and all areas of the facility are maintained, are clean, are tidy, and sterilisation practices are maintained at all times

  • Replenishing stock in the space including laundry, amenities, food and beverage, and hygiene items

  • Making sure guests feel welcome and comfortable on every visit

  • Informing guests about the facilities, services and products when visiting the spa, and occasionally when the host needs assistance with the phone

  • Ensuring all operational protocols are followed and upheld

  • Knowledge of products, and ability to share knowledge with customers

  • Showing attention to detail and immaculate presentation

  • Willingness to work across multiple disciplines

  • Assisting with guest bookings where necessary


Skills + Availability:

  • Excellent, clear, and consistent communicator (clients & colleagues)

  • Calm under pressure - at SOS we have a very demanding and high-paced customer service environment

  • Self-led and adaptable 

  • Be human-centred care at your core - is driven by achieving things for customers

  • Flexible with your time, including a willingness to work some weekends - we are open 14 hours a day, 6 days a week
